If you see a faulty street light, illuminated sign, bollard, vehicle-activated sign or belisha beacon on a pedestrian crossing you can report the issue here.
Report a problem with a street light
Norfolk County Council is responsible for more than 50,000 street lights, 10,000 illuminated signs and 2,500 illuminated bollards. We work with our contractor Amey to provide this service.
District, borough, city, town and parish councils are responsible for another 20,000 street lights in the county and Highways England is responsible for lighting on the A11 and A47 trunk roads.
Most faults will be repaired within five business days. If the light does not belong to Norfolk County Council, our contractor Amey will report the fault to the relevant authority on your behalf to help.

Below you will find a map of all the street lights in Fincham.
These are the responsibility of the Parish Council .
If you click on the map and find the light you have an issue with, click on the blue balloon and this will open a legend with a "What 3 Word" location on it.
This will allow us to identify the light more efficiently, leading to reduce costs and, of course, a faster response time to repair the fault.
